This journey began in the mid 1980s within corporate aviation, expanding during the 1990s to include patient medivac services, forestry prevention, and aerial firefighting using specialised aircraft. Oversight of diverse maintenance programmes across various aircraft types was managed effectively by leveraging teamwork, which fostered multidimensional solutions. In the early 2000s, entry into the airline industry at the operational level provided valuable insights into organisational knowledge and team dynamics. The founder gained further experience integrating ERP solutions to support organisational growth and international frameworks. Notably, significant challenges and achievements arose from guiding teams through daily operational demands in Line & Heavy Maintenance Operations. While some obstacles could be anticipated and prepared for, unforeseen challenges (both mechanical and medical pandemics) were resolved through well-honed troubleshooting skills developed over the decades.
